SGDHS * Taste the Words.

Respectful Finish

So, respect classes are over. Though there may not be many days left of school to drive around in your new respect wheels, you can be sure that everything you’ve learned can be safely applied on any road of life.

Suggestions on the respect course are welcomed with smiles and hugs.

The path doesn’t end here; esteem is everywhere:

  • Respect requires that we pay attention to other’s perceptions, fears and experiences. Seek first to understand, and second to be understood. — All About Respect
  • Self-pity gets you nowhere. One must have the adventurous daring to accept oneself as a bundle of possibilities and undertake the most interesting game in the world making the most of one’s best. — Fosdick
  • That you may retain your self-respect, it is better to displease the people by doing what you know is right, than to temporarily please them by doing what you know is wrong. — William J.H. Boetcker
