Letter to Coaches

Dear Coach:

Congratulations to you and your team on representing your Association at this year’s OFSAA AA Girls’ Basketball Championship.

Included is your team’s entry information package. All participants must sign the form on the back of the OFSAA Rules of Behaviour Form to indicate that they have read the rules and will abide by them. This completed form must be handed in at registration and signed by your principal.

Please take note of the following items:

1. Registration is from 1:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday November 30, 2005 at South Grenville District High School in Prescott, Ontario.
2. Championship Banquet is on Thursday December 1, 2005 at 6:00 pm. The banquet will be held
at the Brockville Memorial Centre and attendance is mandatory.
3. Coaches’ Meeting will be held Wednesday November 30, 2005 at 9:00 pm at South Grenville DHS.
4. Games start on Thursday December 1, 2005 at 9:00 am.
